It makes you thankful that no one in your fam...Wow. It makes you thankful that no one in your family was pulling into your drive at the time the drunk driver was losing control of his vehicle. I hope the courts will force him to pay for your damages. You should contact the district attorney's office to make sure the judge rules for judgment against him to pay you, personally, for your expenses. You sending the workers away with fresh eggs was so nice. Those kind of little gestures sure can make the difference in our day.
