I am all for this

Check out this post over yonder.

I am so gonna be all over this. No, No...not a day trip to Ikea. I meant the going bagless part. I have even contacted the grocery store that I frequent to ask them for suggestions on how to make this happen without really ticking off the cashier. ( I try to be nice when I can.) Just to ask them for a paper bag instead of plastic causes fireworks.

Anyone have any good ideas on how to approach this in the world of all plastic and hurry up get your cart outta my way so I can get to the next person in line? I barely even have time to put my money in my wallet before I am getting pushed aside. Not to mention the fact that I am always afraid that I have left a full bag of groceries on the little carousel thingie.

I'd have to get organized with this; it's a great idea. I shop at Aldi's sometimes, and can never remember to take bags to the store with me. I imagine if I had to, I would!

Gnightgirl: My big thing is I feel like I am so rushed in the line..no matter where I shop. Like they cant get you out of there fast enuf. I cant imagine them taking very kindly to reusable bags or containers...especially at Meijer, which is where I frequent. I wish we had a Trader Joe's or Whole Foods.

Don't forget to update on how your grocery store responds! :)

OMSH: Oh, I will. If they ever respond. I am gonna give them till Thursday and then mail them again. I wish I had more choices where to shop, then I could very easily go somewhere that was more accommodating.
