Ive been harvesting my melons and placing them in my lovely basket. Thats a good idea, right?
Well, after having this happen to 2 of my precious watermelons because my basket was just so darn full(and heavy)...
I decided that it was time to bring in some reinforcements. The R.G.W. Otherwise known as, The Red Garden Wagon.
This will make it so much easier for me to haul in all my good produce. Look at all that yummy stuff in there. Watermelons, red peppers, green beans, tomatoes, and cherry tomatoes.
And it will be even easier yet when I have someone else doing the pulling! Here we go...
PULLLLLLLL....
Okay, yeah, not so much.

Your garden is sure producing! I am envious of your tomatoes and your melons!
Your bounty is beautiful!! And your lucky to have such a strong little helper. But I can't see the video :-( It says "This is a private video....."
Penny: I just changed the setting on that video...hopefully you guys can see it now. Thanks for alerting me to that.
I like the little cart! And what a great haul from the veggie patch!
*snort* Run, G!!! RUUUUNNNN!!!!!
Marcee, the stuff you get from your garden looks great. You guys did a wonderful job. Love you, Kelly
Ohhhh...poor G. I'm glad he got away when he did. I know how long of a walk it is back to the house from the garden. It's especially arduous if you've been sprayed in the face with the hose first.
Wow! I want a wagon full o' maters...why don't you raffle that puppy off?
Didn't we have them so they could pull stuff for us? Enjoy your lovely produce, your melons look yummy! Kim
Look at all that!!! Ugh...so envious. My tomatoes are still grren and no melons for me! :(
And look at all that lovely grass too...good thing you paid extra for that special kind...looks like it did what it was supposed to!! ;)
nice haul...
oh, I crack me up sometimes...
LOL. Thank your for sharing that video. Way too cute!
I agree that the bounty from your garden is just beautiful!
Have a few bites of watermelon for me... None to be seen here. :-(
But I picked an 11 pound pumpkin in the middle of July. Go figure.
Farmer Jen: The garden HAS done wonderfully this year. I have been very, very happy with all that it has provided us.
Penny: Thanks! I do have a good helper, dont I? :)
Rosie: We have taken to using that wagon for all the harvesting now...we are getting so much I was tired of taking in basket after basket and refilling all the time!
Kelly: Thanks.
Danni: It IS a long walk from the garden to the house....and I agree, it seems even longer after just having been doused with the sprinkler. You gotta watch those things...never know when they will come on. :)
gnightgirl: Ohhhh...a raffle....what a good idea. Altho, you where just here and I tried to GIVE it all to you and you said no...
IF: Ha! Right? We need to use all of our resources!!!
Ang: Ha! The grass finally did "spring into action"!
Warren: I think you think you are funnier than you are. Snort. :)
Sue M.: Im still over here eating bites of watermelon for you. They just keep growing and growing....What ya gonna do with that big pumpkin?
