This morning I was going about my routine and spotted this when I was back in my bedroom.
Did the tooth fairy visit me? Or maybe it was a secret admirer....ohhhhh...do I have a secret admirer? Lets look closer.
Even better. Its from K. How exciting! A little box from my K. Lets open it.
Ohhhhhh....Ahhhhhhhh.....How pretty. She made me a necklace. AND its in my favorite colors ever.
And up against a white backdrop. Still PRETTY!
Lets put it on my llama. What? They like to look fancy sometimes, too.
Oh, I know. My hen would love to wear it. It matches her quite well, I think.
And if Im gonna let them try it on its only fair that I let Darby try it on, too.
Okay, okay. Im done sharing now. I wanna try it on.
My K is the sweetest girl ever.

That's the sweetest necklace ever! Ummm, where did that girl inherit her craftyness from? Her Aunt Mim? Yeah, that must be it.
Awww....that is the sweetest thing ever. What a good girl! Guess she appreciated all those man hours logged in on those beads, huh? :)
Beautiful necklace! She does great work.
That is so sweet. What a doll you have.
What a lovely necklace! Very sweet of your daughter.
How incredibly sweet! It's absolutely beautiful. You are one lucky mama - in every possible way. Do you rent K out? Just for a weekend or something? And I gotta say - Darby looks darn sweet in that necklace. Those are her colors. Brings out her eyes. Maybe K could make her a collar? Oooooh - Darby would be the envy of the pooch world.
That necklace is beautiful! Your girl did a beautiful job.
Did you weight it and mark it on your calendar?
How perfectly wonderful!!! Very sweet daughter you have there, and talented too.
That is so sweet. My favorite colors too!
Now on the subject of Darby, I want her! She is absolutely the most darling little pup ever. Now get a purse that she will fit in so she can fly to Oregon to play with Roxy.
Very pretty AND very sweet!
This is my first visit to your blog and I ♥ it!
That's bee-YOO-tiful!
Now MY daughter never makes me necklaces like this. It is absolutely stunning! Are you ever going to take it off?
Mim: Funny. I have a few crafty bones in this here body.
farm mom: Maybe thats what it was...all that bead sorting. Thats a very nice thank you.
Farmer jen: Thanks. She really enjoys making the jewelry. Especially for other people.
Egghead: Yay! She is a doll. I love her very, very much.
Country Girl: Thank you. I was very happy to find a necklace in that little box.
Penny: Ohhhhh...yeah...a collar for Darby...some bling for the puppy! She would be the envy of the neighborhood for sure.
sugarcreekstuff: Ha! I did not weigh it you silly girl. Thats a good idea tho. I could compare its weight to one of Mim's precious eggs...hey, did I mention that I was having a root beer float?
Cee Cee: Thank you!
Goatgirl: You have the same favorite colors as me? And you have llamas? This must be a sign....And about Darby...she would fit nicely in a purse, huh. I bet she and Rox would have great fun together.
Melody: Hi. Thanks for visiting. And for the nice compliments. I hope to see you around more often!
Gnightgirl: I agree.
Zitrone: What a lovely surprise to have you stop by. This made me smile very big. Your daughter doesnt make you necklaces you say? Hmmmm...well we should for sure talk to her about that. You do get lovely little jewels from her tho...in the form of eggs. And I hear that Dottie has been earning her keep quite well lately. Maybe we could make you a necklace out of Dottie eggs....
Dottie's eggs around my neck? I don't know. How about an ankle bracelet?
Farmgirl is on her way home, and I can't wait for her stories! Do you think she brought us women friends something from TEXAS?
Zitrone: I know! I bet you are excited to have her back home! I cant wait to hear all her stories, either. Im sure that she and Aidan will both have many to share.
I think a Dottie ankle bracelet would be very chic. Her eggs are quite tiny after all.
And surprises from Texas? Maybe we will get a cowboy hat or some salsa....what do you think?
K. definitely has an incredible beading knack, doesn't she? That necklace looks beautiful against every backdrop!
And as for gifts from Texas? I've got two special ones...a pair of lovely hot-pink shower flip-flops and a pillowcase that I'll be sending off soon. I'll let the two of you fight over which of you gets what. :-) :-)
