A Darby update

Darby had to go the vet this morning. I asked her if she was ready and she said yes.

We were called into the exam room and she looked around. There are all kinds of scary looking things in here.

She was told that she had to get a shot. This made her kinda sad.

She hears the door open.

G sits in the chair to wait till its all over.

She was a very good girl. She didnt even cry. Now we are on our way to the feed store to get her some more puppy kibble.

We arent as lucky as Wendy...who has a drive thru feed store where they wear their good hats AND give you chocolates. So, I had to bring my own help. The bag is almost as big as him.

But hes got it all under control.

On our way home she was all tuckered out.

Sigh. Home sweet home.

Ahhhh, she's grown so much. And you got her a harness, I can stop worrying about her poor little neck now.

Hubba, hubba Lil Mr. Muscle! I think he needs a Farmboy hat.

That little sad picture just got to me...and almost got me busted for reading blogs at work, when I involuntarily laughed and said "AWWWWWWWWWWW!"

That's the same face I make if I have to get a shot.

It's too bad your puppy and little guy are so darn homely. ;)
They've got the cuteness title all wrapped up.

You see, my little helper is all grown up so I have to have a drive thru feed. With chocolate.
Once again, please give me Darby. Pretty please.
I'm going to keep asking until you cave.

That's a whole lotta cuteness for one blog post. Now you've gone and set the bar pretty high for yourself. How are you ever gonna top THAT post?

And those little Darby ears are too dad gum cute. I want to kiss them off of her.

Look at how tight Darby's eyes are closed in that last picture. lol. That vet visit really tuckered her out! Love the shot of her sad face. And that photo of her in the front seat made it look like she was in a special coach doggy purse! Travellin' in style...

farm mom: Im gonna tell him you said that.

Mim: He does need a farmboy hat to go with his muck boots. Ill have to look into that....he does have a birthday coming after all.

Gnightgirl: You involuntarily laughed....that made ME laugh...stop it. Youre gonna get us both in trouble.

Cee Cee: They are cute little buggers, huh?

Farmer Jen: Thank you! That was such a nice thing to say.

goatgirl: Ummmmm, no.

Greywolf: He does love her...sometimes too much.

Penny: I know, right? It seems lately that her ears are to big for her head.

Danni: She was tuckered out. Silly girl. She had a good time at the feed store tho....flirting with all the workers there....I couldnt get over how sad she looked on that exam table....like maybe if she looked REALLY sad...then that really tall, strange vet man would stop talking to her.

But it sure made for a cute little pup! And hey! Im gonna make that cake, too. I printed off the recipe just today! Its on my list of things to do tm....let me know how you like it! Thanks for stopping by! :)
